How it works

RT Benefit Administrators takes the hassle and guess-work out of setting up and facilitating an online enrollment and administration platform. RT Benefit Administrators will work with employers to gather all the necessary information regarding your benefit plans and rates, including employer and employee premium contributions and plan details.

Once the system is customized to your specific plans, employees will be given a unique login so they can access the system from their computer, mobile phone or tablet, at work or at home, to view and elect which benefit plans they would like to enroll in. The system calculates employee’s per-paycheck deduction amounts based on the elections they make and the number of dependents they chose to enroll. Once an employee has completed their enrollment steps, the system will generate a “Benefits Statement” which outlines the plans, pricing, and list of enrolled family members, that employees can print, save, or email to themselves for reference.

Enrollment data is transmitted to RT Benefit Administrators where it is then communicated to the appropriate insurance companies, to ensure a smooth enrollment with less room for human error.

Employers have “administrative” access to the system, which includes a vast array of reports and other functionality designed to make the life of an HR manager or Benefits Administrator much easier!

Eligibility Management

Much of the hassle an HR manager faces surrounds the task of managing enrollments, terminations, and changes. With RT Benefit Administrators’ Eligibility Management services, we take this task on, so employers don’t have to!
